Two-Hour Specials
Each season, I offer a two-hour healing experience, which integrates a combination of massage and bodywork, spa treatments, personal growth activities, and creative expression. While each session has its prescribed elements, I still tailor these sessions to fit the needs of each client, so no two specials are alike, just as no two clients are alike. The two hours you spend in my studio allow for deep relaxation and stress relief, total immersion in self-care and self-awareness, and the potential for profound personal healing transformations.
Two Hours of Integrative Healing
When was the last time you gave yourself a heaping spoonful of love and gratitude? What about time for self-reflection and nurturing? How might you see yourself deepening your connection to self and in turn connecting more deeply with others?
In this two-hour integrative healing session, we will focus on the healing power of your heart chakra — your center of love, self-love, gratitude, and compassion.
This special includes:
- A bubbling aromatherapy foot spa to relax you the instant you sit down in my studio.
- Full-spectrum light therapy to elevate your mood.
- A parafin hand dip to provide deep heat and moisture to your hands, which are extensions of your heart chakra.
- An Enchanted Tarot card reading and personal consultation.
- An intengrated bodywork session to help soothe your body and open your heart using massage, energywork, guided visualization, and whatever else you are needing/wanting at this time.
- An aromatherapy mister or roller to take home.
