You are invited to my

ART SALE!

When: Sunday, December 2, 2012, 1:00-5:00pm

Where: Rising Bird Healing Arts: 6316 9th Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98115

What: A celebration of local artists: Courtney Putnam (visual art), Mike Wall (music), and Ann Putnam (writing).

Why: To support local artists this holiday season, and as an extra bonus, to celebrate my birthday three days early!

To RSVP: You don’t need to RSVP, but I’d love to know who is able to come! Click here to RSVP via Facebook!

You are most cordially invited to attend my art sale in two weeks!  I am showing and selling my latest original art pieces, prints, cards, art products, and more! In addition, I am including some other special items, including 2013 art calendars, my children’s book Robby and the Switchmaster (hot off the self-publishing press!), Mike Wall’s amazing CDs (including his latest CD A Time for Healing), and my mother Ann Putnam’s powerful memoir Full Moon at Noontide: A Daughter’s Last Goodbye.

If, sadly, you aren’t able to make it (envision a little tear drop strolling down my left cheek), you still may find art, art products, calendars, books, and music online. Look below for links!

And last but not least, I will be having a drawing for you to win a complimentary one-hour Reiki session with me. Must be present to enter!

Peace and light for a season of mindful, artful giving,

Courtney

I wrote and illustrated Robby and the Switchmaster when I was 18, and now it comes out from the archives and into your (or your child’s) hands. The story is about the connection between a young boy and an old man as they work together to bring the stars back to the sky.

The Special Guests

Mike Wall

“A beautiful hour-long retreat for the body and soul.” — Kathy Parsons

Mike will be present for part of the art show and would be glad to autograph your CD for you — and perhaps even show you how to ring a Tibetan singing bowl!

Ann Putnam

“This memoir is heart-rending and heart-warming, as Ann Putnam describes the deaths of her beloved father and his identical twin, her much-loved uncle. Putnam translates these losses into an inspiring and poignant family story that is also the tale of every family facing the inevitable.” —Nina Baym, editor of The Norton Anthology of American Literature

Ann will be present for part of the art show and would be glad to autograph your book for you.
