Creativity
Creativity is essential to our health and well being. Being creative can lower our blood pressure, reduce stress, increase endorphins, and give us an outlet for all we experience in this world.
My challenge to you: find a way to be creative every day — yes, every single day! Think of creativity in the broadest sense, too. You need not consider yourself an Artist with a capital “A” to be creative. Find one thing per day that utilizes your gorgeous right brain and allows you to play. Don’t aim for perfection; aim for contentment, excitement, or even a nice deep breath!
